  • This promo runs from April 1 to May 31, 2021 ONLY
  • By participating in this Campaign, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto.
  • Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
  • This Campaign runs concurrently in all the participating regions and/or countries as provided in Clause 5 below from 1st April 2021, 00:00 (GMT +8) and ends on 31st May 2021, 23:59 (GMT +8) (both dates inclusive) or upon utilisation of the total bonus BIG Points (“Bonus BIG Points”) allocated for the respective regions and/or countries pursuant to this Campaign whichever is earlier (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit and shall not be obligated to notify the Participants should the Bonus BIG Points are fully utilised.
  • To qualify and participate in the Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
  • (a) must be (i) an existing and valid BIG Members (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “BIG Rewards”) and (ii) have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by the Organiser at the point of participation in the Campaign;
  • (b) must be citizens and/or permanent residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines or Thailand only;
  • (c) must hold valid loyalty membership accounts offered by the Organiser’s respective partners (“BIG Partners”) ONLY
  • (d) shop or make purchases with any of the BIG Partners as mentioned above during the Campaign Period via the BIG Rewards website and/or mobile application to be entitled to a 50% Bonus BIG Points in addition to the standard BIG Points issuance rate fixed by the respective BIG Partners.
  • Bonus BIG Points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account within sixty (60) working days from the end of the Campaign Period whereas the Regular BIG Points will be credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account not later than sixty (60) working days from the date of successful transaction made, or any other period as the Organiser deems fit.
  • Only successful purchases and/or transactions made via the BIG Rewards website and/or mobile application will be deemed as qualified for the Campaign entitlement. Any irrelevant, unsuccessful purchases and/or transactions pursuant to this Campaign will automatically be disqualified by the Organiser.
  • Notwithstanding the standard validity of the regular BIG Points stipulated in the BIG Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, the Bonus BIG Points earned through this Campaign are valid for a period of thirty (30) days only from the date such Bonus BIG Points are credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account. Such Bonus BIG Points not redeemed prior to the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited by the Organiser without notice and liability.
  • The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the transaction, application, entries and eligibility of Participants, where applicable. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary documentations and information to the Organiser upon request. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding, and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
  • If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or continue as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign without any notice or liability to the Participants.
  • The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the award of the Bonus BIG Points from any Participant if the Organiser reasonably believes that the Participant has (whether singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the Bonus BIG Points or undertaken in any other activities harmful to this Campaign and/or to the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 
  • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected application, transaction, submission, entries or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  • The Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  • The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  • The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants. 
  • The information Participants provide will be used by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting this Campaign. The Organiser may disclose Participant’s personal information to contractors and/or agents to assist in conducting this Campaign.
  • The Organiser further reserves its right to use any collected personal data of Participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
  • Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
  • Regular BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
