El Pollo Loco, is a fast casual retaurant that offers Tex-Mex inspired dishes. We take pride in our Flamed Grilled Mexican Chicken, marinated fresh in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. We hand-prepare our salsa every single day. Chicken meals are bundled and served with choice of sides, salads, soups, tacos and quesadillas along with our fresh hand-made salsas and dressings.
