How is it sent: The voucher will be sent your recipient's email address.

How to use the vouchers:  Once you receive your voucher code, open your Grab App, choose Food.  Enter your delivery address. Search or choose a restaurant and add to basket. View Basket and enter the voucher code in the "Offer" field then click use now. It is best to type the voucher code one by one instead of copy and paste to avoid pasting spaces or hidden characters.  Tap "place order" and enjoy your discount. 

Other helpful reminders: Make sure you have the latest version of the Grab app. Make sure you are using the code on the right service (example, if it is a Grab Food code, use it for the Grab Food section of the app).  Type the code and do not cut and paste the code to avoid pasting hidden character.  If your voucher code has a zero or letter O, please make sure to try number 0 or letter O. If the voucher code has a number 1 or letter I, please make sure you try both to see if it works.

Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid immediately after receiving it.

It has an expiry of 3 months, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the gift certificate. Both Gifted.PH and the merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.

The code is valid for use in the Philippines where GrabFood is available. Valid on GrabFood only. GrabMart not included. All bookings must be made via Grab App and is subject to the Terms & Conditions set out under Grab. Promo code cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee. Code cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction. Code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.  Code must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed.
