Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are subject to verification by Gifted within a 1 working day or up to 2 working days depending on the completeness of the information provided, weekends, holidays, or regulatory requirements. We may request additional information or documentation to verify the identity of the purchaser, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Gifted reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order where verification requirements are not satisfied, fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected, required information is not provided, or where required by law or regulatory obligations. Where payment has already been received, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable fees and processing times. Gifted reserves the right to suspend, reject, or cancel any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or in violation of applicable laws or regulatory requirements. Gifted may request additional information to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.
2. Please review the specific terms and conditions applicable to the selected gift certificate or voucher before purchase. The validity period of each gift certificate or voucher is indicated on the applicable product page and on the voucher itself. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable merchant-specific terms before completing their purchase. While most gift certificates do not expire in accordance with applicable Philippine laws, certain promotional vouchers or non-gift certificate products may have a stated validity period. Unless otherwise required by law, all gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-convertible to cash, and intended for one-time use only.
3. Unless otherwise stated in the merchant's terms and conditions, any unused balance remaining after redemption of a gift certificate or voucher shall be forfeited.
4. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift certificate or voucher, the holder shall be responsible for paying the difference using any payment method accepted by the merchant.
5. Gifted and the participating merchant shall not be liable for any loss, theft, unauthorized use, or damage to a gift certificate or voucher after it has been successfully delivered or redeemed, except where such loss results from the negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct of Gifted or the merchant, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. The participating merchant is solely responsible for the quality, availability, safety, and delivery of its products and services, as well as for honoring valid gift certificates or vouchers in accordance with its published terms and conditions.
7. Unless expressly permitted by the participating merchant, gift certificates and vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, loyalty rewards, or special offers.
8. Redemption procedures, participating branches, availability of products or services, usage restrictions, and validity periods vary by merchant. Customers should review the merchant-specific terms and conditions displayed on the Gifted platform prior to purchase. The applicable redemption instructions will also be included with the issued gift certificate or voucher. Participating merchants may update their redemption procedures, participating branches, or promotional restrictions from time to time. Gifted will make reasonable efforts to keep merchant information current but shall not be liable for changes implemented by the merchant. Availability of products, services, participating branches and redemption facilities is subject to the participating merchant's operations and may change without prior notice.
9. In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, delivery or system error, Gifted reserves the right to cancel the affected transaction and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected. Gifted reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, promotional or system errors. Where payment has already been received, customers will be notified and offered a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gifted's liability arising from the purchase of a gift certificate or voucher shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected gift certificate or voucher.
Personal information collected during the purchase process shall be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data privacy laws.
